Finished Length – 7’ 6”
Width –22 in.
Nose – 15 1/2 in.
Tail – 14 in.
Thickness – 3 in.
This high performance all -around surfboard is a
cross between a longboard and a performance
hybrid. When its built according to plan it's a
retro egg that lets you make the most of any size
surf. It paddles like a dream and you'll catch
waves earlier and more often. But builders just
can't seem to resist the temptation to modify it.
The nose can be sharpened and the tail made
more pointed adding speed and maneuverability
to the equation. Finished lengths 7’ 2” - 7’ 10”

The Cruiser
9’ 6” Longboard
Finished Length – 9’ 6”
Width – 22 1/2 in.
Nose – 17 in.
Tail – 14 1/2 in.
Thickness – 3 in.
Classic long board with its roots in the 60s. Build
it with retro 50-50 rails for that sweet paddling
nostalgic feel or harden them up with modern
contour that turns on a dime and hugs a wave
tight. It’s got just enough rocker to be forgiving on
late takeoffs but still has speed down the line. Be
prepared to spend some serious nose time with
this board. Easily modified to finished lengths
between 9’ 2” to 9’ 10” and the tail can be made
into a pin, square, squash, swallow, or diamond.
The Gordo
10’ 0” Longboard
Finished Length – 10’ 0”
Width – 23 1/2 in.
Nose – 18 in.
Tail – 15 1/2 in.
Thickness – 3 3/8 in.
Classic “Big Boy” board. Catches waves easily
and is stable enough to be used as a smaller
Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP). Easily modified to
finished lengths between 9’ 8” to 10’ 4”. You'll
get more waves in one session than you ever
thought was possible. But just because its big
doesn't mean it's clumsy. The rails have been
pinched slightly to give it agility and
performance. The ride is what you can only get
from a wood board. It will spoil you with its drive.

high days. Catches waves like a longboard but
lets you shred. Easily modified to lengths
between 5' 2" and 5' 8". Everybody should have
a fish in their quiver. And if you are making the
transition from longboard to shortboard this is the
way to go.

Width – 26 in.
Nose – 21 1/4 in.

for bigger surf and riders. Still fast, loose and fun. You
can build it with one to five fins. Easily modified to
lengths between 6' 2" and 6' 10"
It can also be trimmed to make a narrower board once
the deck and bottom are planked.

The Orca
12’ 0” SUP (Stand Up Paddle board)
Finished Length – 12 ft.
Width – 30 in.
Nose – 20 1/2 in.
Tail – 19 in.
Thickness – 4 1/4 in.
The Orca was designed for stand up paddling which
requires maximum flotation and stability. It has a flat
bottom and enough rocker that it is at home paddling
into a wave but still navigates the calm waters of a
lake without plowing the water. The round rails and
high volume make for effortless paddling whether you
are catching waves the way the ancient Hawaiians did
or simply cruising the bay. The Orca is also at home
in lakes and waterways as a recreational float or a
fishing platform.

Mini Mal
8’ 0” Mini Maibu
Finished Length – 8 ft.
Width – 21 1/4 in.
Nose – 19 1/4 in.
Tail – 13 1/2 in.
Thickness – 2 3/4 in.
This board is best described as a longboard that
handles like a shortboard. It's the best of both worlds!
The rounded nose template Lets you catch more
waves. The wide mid point makes for stability and it
paddles like a longboard. The tail template is inspired
by shortboard so you can rip those tight turns with just
a little pressure on the tail. Build it with a single fin for
the beginning surfer and watch them learn in no time.
Or build it with a thruster fin setup and you have the
perfect in-between board for just about all surf
conditions.
